Hi Pals!!
i just want to say that i stopped posting every day the food i eat because it get boring for people to read.
I just make a quick weekly review so you know how its going. I write what i eat in a personal notebook i have just to see, in case went wrong what did i eat that make me have craves.
But, the diet is going REALLY WELL!! At this time, in a common diet i would probably would be at that time that i was with a big pizza in my hands.But no, i eat really non caloric things, because i am not having craves at all.
I will make a graphic to post here my evolution.I will post my next weight next Friday.
