Day 4 and 5

Hi!
Day 4 went really well, no cravings!
Menu was: egg for breakfast and middle of morning a plum.
Lunch was grilled turkey and boiled potato and soup
2 crakers without gluten in the middle of the afternoon
Dinner: soya with rice.
1 pear at 10 pm
then at 11:30 I toke the Oil.

Day 5 didnt went very well because i had craves :( but i find a trick that help not to crave!

Menu was: egg for breakfast and middle of morning a pear.
soya with rice and soup, apple juice
plum in the middle of the afternoon
the trick to battle the craves was put in the mouth water with white pepper ( not swaling)
2 crackers
Dinner: grilled lamb chops with smashed potato and lettuce salad.
1 plum
toke the Oil.

No changes in the weight :(
