Day 14

Hello!
Good news, i just lost more 900 grs!!!It means 2 pounds this week.
My morning weight was 138,8 pounds (63,1 kg)

I have to say i reduced my light oil intake to just one dose of 15 gr.It seams to work ok, but if i need i put more next day. I think its very important to take it with your nose clip and wash you mouth, and then unclip the nose.

I am happy :)
